We got an email from someone in the ward about free tickets to a play, so we went. It was a musical called "Scrooge" based on "The Christmas Carol" and it was done in a little playhouse about 20 minutes from here. I thought it was such a fun little place! The stage was in the middle of the room, and there were chairs on all sides of it. The characters came and went from all of the 4 corners of the room. It almost felt like we were in the middle of their cute little town.

We didn't get to finish watching the whole play...it didn't start until 7:30, and it lasted more than two hours. Needless to say, we had some pretty tired kids by the time intermission rolled around. On our way out the doors, a little girl (probably about 5 years old) stopped us and said, "You know, there's still more left." So sweet. This was a fun outing for us, and I think even the girls enjoyed the dancing, singing, moving people a little bit.
